Poker Life Philosophy Blog, Hum?

Did my this blog is turning into a poker life philosophy blog? I have the feeling and am afraid so. To be honesty, I create this blog just for my interesting at poker as the first intense, but when I looked back on what I have written these four months, all the articles get together are about a series of philosophy lessons to teach my readers, or some parts are what I have kept thinking about what is poker similar to our lives. But nevertheless, it is a good thing, some value should be inherited, in an easy-to-be-found way.

Philosophy keep our human being busy with thinking, after we get enough food and drink, otherwise we are surefire to be lost in the hole of desires and confusions. Luckily and coincidentally, we can learn things from things themselves, through the very surface to the innermost essence. But we can not observe everything literately, we are limited and finite, the better solution is focus our attention and energy to our interesting, that is said, mine is poker. With years of experience and playing, sometimes it is easy to get out some thoughts out of my mind. and think about it connected with my life, and seek for answers.

I believe so firmly in my mind, one day, our human beings will get everything straight, nothing should be hide, anything can be found. And now, little person as me, created a blog about poker philosophy, hope for continuing to make some sense. A keyboard was pressed, words came out on the screen, with genuine knowledge and penetrating judgments. And I still hold the cards on hand, look at poker table, a small universe is there. So why not, let it be as it should be.

Three Different Card Games

There are three cards games out there, you just don't know this fact if you insist to claim more than three. I will show the details of every game, you shall see why I am clear to say that.

First one is poker, it's common sense that when we talk about poker, it means money game. Gamblers play poker to win money at casinos or their own place, and most important part is they don't want to lose any buck. Poker may be the most intensive and changeable game among three card games, women think it is cool as man are playing it, movie makers say these are good subject matter to shot a scene or even make a whole pack of it, so if poker is not popular in this world, must be something wrong emerges.

Second one is family card games, like go-fishing, five card draw or old maid. You may say these games are for children and kids, indeed they are, but what does it matter, they are still card games, aren't they? You have to admit that when you are a young boy or girl, you loved those games while playing with your friends and classmates, no matter at your house or went for a picnic. Yes, those are fun and interesting, not for money, no intrigues or political tricks, just laughs and have a good time.

The last one is cheating games, it majorly exist in the first one, aka poker. What is it? It may belong to poker, but it apparently obey the spirit and rules of any games, but you must say, it has the market, big market. Poker will not die anyway, so does cheating at poker, both by players and casinos. Sometimes I like it, because I can make some fun through cheating, but in general, I don't want to apply it in real life.

So now you are on my side about my theory on three card games, am I right? Almost everything can be classified into some pattern or scheme, there is no exception of cards.

Life is Like Poker

Pick a card, deal with random cards.

Yes, that's quite classic in poker game, the most mysterious thing happen in poker is the unknown card you'll get in next round. And sometimes it would be the most excited and inflammatory moments or scenes emerge in gambling movie, such as James Bond and Marked Cards. It seems people enjoy those movie spots, but what if they should deal with the intense feelings and uncharted results?

But when you think about it, you probably find yourself being such situation already. You're living your life, and you will face situations and gonna make decisions, that is just like when you are playing poker. The dealer sends you a card, and you turn it over and look at your card. Next you will compare the card with you existing hands, you would be either feel happy or just feel sad. Sometimes you want a card so much and you finally get it, you must be very ecstatic. And there are times life is not that simple, you must be very frustrated. Life is up and down, just like you win stakes in casino one day and lose some money the other day.

Poker is hard to win, if you don't have any strategies in your head. Like is just like poker, you must find out a way which is most suitable just for yourself. Once you get into your way, you are going to feel like playing poker and win money.

Pick a Card Means Don't Be Greedy

Pick a card, you think about it, you may get your own wisdom. Picking from deck of cards itself is just the probability does the work, and a card, that makes the chance even more little. While we are playing pokers in our lives, several variety of poker games need players to choose a card from unknown. You have no idea about what you will get at last moment, is it suitable for your existed cards, or it just might blew your opportunity to win current hand. We don't know, no body will know, what we should do is just try to do our own job at best.

So you think about it, you are going to get the most important life advice about don't be greedy. Use your brain again(yes, I am recommending you use your brain as many as possible, it will make you even smart), pick a card really tells the story of greedy is bad, one is enough. Poker wisdom can exert our lives if you played a lot and are able to find out some experience.

And poker itself shares the same sense, I saw so many of poker players lost their wager at casino not because of their bad skills or misreading their terrible cards, but only because they were wining and they wanted more, so they became greedy, and then they lost.

If someone else once said "Don't Panic", I will say "Don't Be Greedy".

You Are Going to Poker Run

There are tons of poker run activities outside, every one has it's name to hold. Do you ever take one, have you enjoy the process? Poker run is not just a running and poker game event, it owns the more higher intense and purpose, some are aiming to help Kids, some may ask for endowment, whichever you play a part, you are making your own contribution to make this world more suitable for living. Yes, you are heartfelt and warmhearted, it means a lot.

So you are going to poker run, every body is going to poker run. Let's run for ourselves, let's run for tomorrow. Running is good, poker is fun, so why not join us? Come on.

Learn To Show Gratitude To Poker Probability

When we play poker, we are not just see the cards with assorted of values on the table, they are actually the tricks of probability played by disorder and random. That is one of nature rules, you can not surpass only if you scam the rules by, for example, mark your deck of cards or play footsie with the dealers in the casino. You know that is not fair and is very wrong, so you must learn to be thankful, thank you to the chance for giving you a so good hand. And that attitude may also help you with not only your wholesome mental, but also your healthy body. Something is working spontaneously, but you don't know, that is OK, you just must have perception of something is going on and on.

Talk me about bad luck, literately, yes, you would lose your game in every kinds of poker games, such as baccarat and Omaha, and who wouldn't. The probability of playing a gambling is not just mean you do not win that fours in your card, besides the failure you get. Luck is just like the two sides of a coin, you flip it about 100 times or more, you probably will get half frequency to show the same side. In fact, if you are smart enough, you know it is a kind of math rules too, like the one above I've told you. The hard part is our mind, our mind do not except the bad result of a game, and keep to seek for harmony inside and outside. So here comes the contradiction.

Winning is great, makes you feel good, or sometimes makes you feel good but in a bad way. Losing is not fine to everyone, however, occasionally you will learn something experienced and valuable lessons from failure. So, you tell me, do you want to win or lose? The ultimatum answer would be I am not sure, but I am sure I should have gratitude in my mind, Don't be mad or ecstatic of any consequence of math probability.

Should I Create A Pro Blog On Card Marking

I saw a blog the other day, it is Tao of Poker, very impressive work done by the owner of that fantastic blog on Google. My first plan was to enjoy the art of words and follow him like a believer, but to my shock is that blog had been closed for two years. But I won't give up, and in that moment, a thought emerge in my mind, which is should I build the same kind of blog on my own, and create also kick-ass Card Marking blogs.

I am not sure about the answer, I've been thinking about this question for two days. And I have no sleep at all and eat just gruel and bacon. I'd like to make a list on pros and cons.

Pros:
1: I can do this, totally, I own the magic power of blogging.
2: I will gather my reputation on creating wonderful stuff.
3: I know stuff about cards are marked or other cheating scams in casino.
4: I am a poker player for once, not a long time, but I can handle all the hands.
5; I can earn money by writing, not necessary to waste time on gambling.

Cons:
1: I would take a lot of time to manage this blog.
2: I am bad at social connecting, which will bring nothing to my poker website.
3: Keeping writing the same materials may lead me to a tense writer.

Anyway, it is like a predicament, I will still be working on this thought.

Pick a Card, Sheldon

S04E18 – The Prestidigitation Approximation

Doctor Sheldon Lee Cooper is my heart love, he always crack me up when he speaks something. Especially the moments from the Big Bang Theory TV show S04E18, Sheldon has been fooled by the group, but he had no idea about it. He is purely naive, that is the one of precious properties he has. Remember the episode in which Sheldon lend money to Penny, he was actually have no any thoughts on when would Penny returned his money, but on the contrary, Penny as a debtor suddenly become so unbelieving and ambivalent.

Pick a card game is so simple, the smart man like Sheldon have no clue to see through the tricks. It makes me want to play this trick to my friends, but I am sure they could figure it out or just leave it alone, because they do not give it a rat ass. Sheldon once said he is the pure intelligence people, which I am also want to be one of them, in his world, everything should be ran in a proper manner, otherwise, the world has to changed it's name.

Saturday Night Is Poker Night

I and my a bunch of friends just decided Saturday night is the poker night for just us.

What's In The Cards Mean?

Last night, I watched The Big Bang Theory S04E09, I found leonard hofstadter told to Penny's father that he was not sure he would be in the cards. I am a new English learner, so far, I can catch on many lines, but I would always lost in the American slang. Luckily, there is Internet exists, otherwise I should look into dictionary.

So I check the meaning online, in different websites, such as dictionary sites and q&a websites. I finally figure out what is the real meaning. In the cards mean something or some person is bound to happen in the future event or going to show up. For example, if I say I am sure I would be in the cards of Lisa's love. this sentence can be changed to another phrase, that is I am in or be more full-dress, Lisa loves me.

God, I am so happy, I mean I understand the meaning of another new expression, I am not mention the Lisa thing. Because there is no such person or heroine, I just make it up.
